Return & Refunds Policy

  • We have a strict no cancellation policy and orders once placed and confirmed will not be cancelled. 
  • Each garment is custom made to order and we do not accept any exchange or return requests. 
  • In case of any sizing or alteration issues with your order, other than the orders placed during any sale, you can reach out to us through email on kanikamittalofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9829752877 within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. Our team will assist you with the alteration process. 
  • In the event any alteration/sizing issue is raised by you, you must send the order back to us no later than 7 days from the date of the issue being raised. The cost of sending the courier back to us shall be borne by you. Redelivery is taken care by us. 
  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you should email us on kanikamittalofficial@gmail.com a photo of the damaged product along with a detailed video highlighting the damage with the product code within 48 hours of receiving your order.

REFUND POLICY

• If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece.

• In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we issue and email a credit note to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase.

• The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed both online and at any of our stores pan India.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery:

• Products purchased on discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.

• In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.

Disclaimer: Kanika Mittal reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
